I will post pics in a bit of my method to insert the clones into the 5'' netpots with the hydrocorn inside. OK, the reason I do it this way is because a) after the pots are on the table and plastic is over and taped down, HOW DO YOU GET THEM IN? Think about the order. You cannot put the plants in and then dump hydrocorn into the pot. The hydrocorn will get dumped on your table washed into your worx and you will be f#$%# up. Little balls trapped into your 1/2 inch piping or pump. NO! You cannot push them in as the delicate roots will get fucked up.

I created a stupid cheap invention that probably some chimpanzee could create if given enough time, but anyways it works. I will go take the picture of the process.

Well it will be my first time taking clones, so I expect rough to be the theme lol

Probably biting off more than I can chew but that's no reason to not do it lol

That would be great. I like seeing other people's tricks and shit they learned along the way

638 - the hole I stuck it in

Simple is good!

5 grows a year vs. 4 grows a year is a difference of 1 more round of trimming.
I hate trimming (the work, not the result)
So if I could avoid that, and still would get the same amount of kilos in 1 year... I think I would go for 4 times a year.

Update - just weighed the trimmed GZ, second smallest yielding strain but took up 1/2 the table. 2lbs from the GZ, so I am on track for minimum 3.25lbs maybe 3.5 this round. Will harvest the Inzane on Friday. Got a good seed from the Inzane-GZ cross, so I will be popping some of those and naming the strain InzGittlez :).

Got the container framed up...ordered all the electrical parts and will do the wiring soon. Feeding 50Amps to the container with a spa pack that has 2x 20A branch circuits. Then I will spray foam.

Tried some of the GZ today, very nice smoke. If I had left it a few days longer I would have had a lot more colour expression because I had a few branches I failed to cut and they went totally purple.

Anyways will trim up the Inzane today and that is sticky as hell. I would not be surprised if the THC IS 35%.

Final count is ~3.5lbs of top shelf nugs. Happy with the counts considering I did no veg, but think it all depends on your strains as to what you get...I like having a mix of strains, I get bored of one kind, and also I find if one strain disappoints with yield another will usually produce really well etc.

Getting ready for round two. Threw a disk in my lower back so putting these fucking things in the netpots on the table was a nightmare pain scenario for me. Anyways it is done. Going away to get an MRI so will let them veg for 6-7 days. I topped them all. Some of them didn't even have roots yet, just the white nubs. I have no choice, don't have extra clones and out of time to catch a plane. I think they will root, humidity is good now at this time of year, so they will be happy with the extra 6-7 days veg anyways. Maybe they can grow some roots. I think about 80% of the Mango and 100% of the LZ have roots. LZ was easier to root as the growth was newer on the mother and not as woody. Also I took smaller clones.

Container coming along nicely, framed and wired. I put two 20A circuits in with 6 receptacles, 2 in the ceiling and 2 on each side, with a breaker box that can handle another two breakers if I want. All that is left really is spray foaming.

Mango Saphire and Lemon Zkittlez.
