I actually put in a tiny bit of juice. The oil floats on top and the juice kind of covers the taste.

I got into hemp seeds about a year ago..pretty much just put them on salads but they are good..I'll eat em like sunflower seeds too..but don't walk around with a ziplock bag full if you want to munch on em..yeah that was fun to explain to the cop.."no officer..these are cooked they are legal"

Nothing like a shot glass full of green oil that tastes like my lawn to start off the day.
mix it with vodka..

Has anyone tryed using hemp seed oil. Ive been reading about it lately and honestly think i might replace my fish oil supplements with that.

do it up, it had the omegas in it if thats what youre concerned about

Hulled hemp seeds are mostly hemp oil. That's what contains the amino acids and fatty acids.

Years ago, these were only available at natural food stores. Now Costco has them! I told the folks at Costco that this is the most nutritious food in their store.
