hey there, the name's Lola. I'm a bit new to growing I suppose, I've learned a bit already thanks to several resources but I feel there is much more I should know considering I am growing what I believe is my first female plant. I tried growing one last year but the balls came out before any internodal growth had developed so I automatically scrapped that plant. This one is much different, the seed fell from the last bud of some yummy hydro I had, knowing none of the seeds from the weed here in Texas had grown before (the first plant was from a seed I got before I moved here), I decided to give it a try anyway and lo and behold, Petunia sprouted. It's a few months old now, at first it grew very well, then I noticed it wasn't looking as healthy as it should so my husband figured out that I'd been overwatering it. I stopped that quick, when she got big enough I tied her to a stick, since it's indoors I had a bit of a hard time getting a good lighting schedule for it but I've got one figured out now and will be getting a real lamp for it this week. Of course, I have images. Taken today in fact, but I don't believe I'm able to upload them here.
Petunia's been on a bit of a rocky road (between discoloration, droopy and curled leaves) but I hope it's smooth sailing from here.

also, supercropping was suggested, but I don't want to hurt my baby so I googled it to see what I had to do (that's how I got here!) and it looks...... a little sad, for lack of a better word. Not saying it's not a good idea, but with my luck I'll snap my plant in half..

:peace: Lola

nice intro lilmissfiend or I should say Lola. Your plant looks not that bad. Nice fat leaves, probably a good indica genetics.

ya, that'll help :hump:

thanks a lot, that's why I signed up here, looks like a lot of growing veterans here to help me and all my questions have probably already been answered (just found one question I had answered in a thread from that link you gave me) I wish I could remember when I planted her, I'm sure it'd help track the progress but I started a grow journal and added some pictures I've been taking periodically, I should look at the info from her baby picture to determine how old it is. Still wondering when she'll start flowering.. probably when I've got the lamp on her with a lighting schedule (and not depending on the sun that may or may not be covered up by the clouds), it'll be here in a couple days.
