Insurance adjuster coming to house on friday

I've got a leak in my roof, in the room adjacent to my room with my plants. What all do insurance adjusters do at a haus? Can I just lock this door tell him there's no leak in that room and tell him to stay the fuck out?

Put a lock on the door and say that the room is rented by "Bob" and he's not home ... but there are no leaks in there anyway.

I would see if there are any stipulations in your agreement with the company that might give them the right to refuse your claim if the inspection cant be completed...

Just a follow up. This guy had almost zero interest on the interior and was only in my haus for around 10 minutes and spent the rest of his time on the roof.
