how do i insulate an attic so the plants to die??

Are you saying you want to insulate an attic to keep out the heat and cold?

A cheap and easy way to do it is get a product called Reflectix at the local hardware store. It cost about $40 a roll and depending on your attic, you will probably end up needing several roles. Easy to install though, all you do is staple it to the ceiling.

use r 13 r12 or r11 from the hardware store staple it in and then use reflectix you would be much happier and have a second layer of insulation for those really hot or cold days

alright thankyou
its really hot inside of the attic,it isnt cold at all usually

I little more costly but easeir imo the 4x8 sheets of insulation some brands are even reflective on one side.
