lol, Dude, this grow is off the charts effed up. There's Heat stress, under watering, over watering and lots of other things. I can't focus as much attention as I did with my last grow due to the fact that I got a new job which is almost 65 hours a week sometimes. I almost don't want to grow anymore with this job, too much too do lol.![]()
the 2 on the left could use some N
i don't know time.. i used to work over 60 hours a week.. that was only 5 12 hours a day, 60 hours, and maybe a couple of hours on saturday morning.. not anymore mind you, lol, but i did for several years.. it's not all that much ime..65 hrs a week? Btr be getting some serious ot. Thats 20 hrs of not working per 7 days. Divide that 2.8 hrs of no wrk per day. I cant believe you literally work 65 hrs a week
Well I don't ever lock it up, the latch is just there to keep the door shut basically for light reasons. I did however lock it up and just toss the key on my work bench across the room when i got the 2 day notice of entry for annual inspections. It wasn't necessarily right beside it but I'm guessing when they were snoopin through my shit they put 2 and 2 together and unlocked it when they found the key. Just didn't think I would have to hide the key from them lol.why do u leave the key right next to the box? why lock it if its that easy to find the key?
but even if the key was there, that does not give them the right to unlock the box and go inside. i think legally, thats like them getting your keys off your table and opening your car. they dont own it, so they have no business being inside
at least u got a med card. if they try to kick u out, i think u may have somewhat of a defense. u could show that the box has a lock on it, and OBVIOUSLY u locked it before they came(who wouldnt?). even if the key is dangling in front of them, and theres a sign that says free gold with an arrow pointing at the door, they cant open it without your permission. at least i think they cant. idk im not a lawyerWell I don't ever lock it up, the latch is just there to keep the door shut basically for light reasons. they did that, he said they gave a notice and that is why he locked up instead of just having the lock on there to keep the door closed.landlords are legally supposed to give u 24 hours notice before they even come by your place at least in california...

Well thats true, but how do they know that I'm growing in that box unless they go through it. It's a vicious circle, they want to know what going on for whatever reason including the insurance reason you mentioned, however they need to do it legally. Just because you THINK there is something in MY box they still don't have a right to open it regardless of their insurance reasons. You may have a defense in that they aren't allowed to rifle through your stuff, but they still don't have to allow you to grow in their house even if you are legal. Insurance companies will not cover damage resulting from a grow room, period. If I was a landlord I would not allow someone to grow in my house either, because if it goes up in flames and the investigation points to anything grow related they are going to tell the owner to suck an egg. From the point of view of the owner, why would you take such a risk?
I agree that they may not have had the legal right to look inside the box without your permission. I don't know for sure though. Regardless of that, the cat's out of the bag and you now face the problem of them knowing. Whether they obtained that knowledge legally or not is irrelevant, if they are not cool with it you might have to move.Well thats true, but how do they know that I'm growing in that box unless they go through it. Now If I had it in the open with the light just hanging from the ceiling and they could see it plain as day, that would be different. However the light was off, in a locked box, no fans going, nothing. Everything was put away and it should have been left at that.
