Insect problem

Im growing in a green house and i have done abit of research on google.
I seem to have a few white spots on the top fan leaves but at the bottom of the plant there are very dry crusty dark green leaves with brown rings on them.

I think it might be the Aphid insect, a small light green bug. I've noticed them several times on my plant. Apparently they dig into the stem and suck juice out the stalk.

Am i right to think it is a
Aphid bug?

If so whats the best wat to get rid of them, baring in mind i have only determined sex on my plants, and white hairs are slowly appearing. And i don't want nothing to affect my plants to produce some good bud.

Whats the best way to deal with this?

Thanks in advance.

The best way to deal with it is to use insecticide and then put that on your regular maintanance schedule. There are several good producs out there, most of them same have the active ingredient, neem oil @ ABOUT 3%. If you have a green house you may wish to purchase some neem oil and dish soap and make you own. Saves money in the long run. VV

You can make a solution of the neem oil and dip the whole plant into it, and it should take care of thoes little bastards...
