Insect and Pest surveillance

Any recommendations for surveillance traps? And I caught this fly/gnat in my flower tent. Freaked me out. I didn't see any eggs or Leaf damage. Nothing wiggling around in the soil. But now I think I need to set up some kind of pheromone trap in the tent just to make sure nothing's taken up residence. I included a couple pictures of the bug I caught.

Yellow and Blue card sticky traps are a great way to employ an early warning device for bugs! You cover the spectrum and can tell what they are and then of course - how to deal with them!

I might point out vhawk, that fungus gnats are more of an annoyance then a problem.....BMC Microlift is the way I have dealt with them for years!
