Inline fans and co2

if I constantly have my intake and outtake fans on should I still run co2 bags? Curious what everyone has to say whether by experience or not. Would it just suck the co2 right out.

You will get mixed answers on this. But my OPINION is its pointless. I don't think you will ever get to a beneficial ppm unless its a closed environment. This is why I dont do it.
