Inline Fan problems (controller didnt help)

I have a GL120

Here's my setup

DWC Elephant bud 600w (1st time) - Marijuana Growing

even with the controller I got this 4" vortex is pulling in too much

I suspect once the carbon filter is on it will be significantly silenced..

Any other ideas short of building a big box around it?

Check out the inline fan in my grow. Grab yourself a muffler (costs about $140) and it will nearly completely silence your fan (it will sound like a normal mounted fan inside the room and outside the room, it will be silent)
