Injured Leaves

Hey everyone. Today i was untieing stakes from around my plants due to a stretching problem..and I accidentaly injured a leaf and it broke off..so now im missing a fan leaf. What should i do now? Leave it go and let it heal on it's own? Will this be a problem?

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks
