injunction/court case updates

I never drink, but starting in the next hour or so I'm going to do shots followed by dabs until I pass out.

My anxiety is through the roof on this one. I had planned to keep on Rollin regarding the decision. However this summer we had to call the cops on our neighbors and they (cops) now know I'm growing. Makes that decision a bit harder knowing the law can decide to stop in and check to see if I've stopped, if the decision goes that way.

im in the same boat,cops came to my door last year because they thought i was the neighbor and smelled my weed,and said they smelled it

easy PK....we will overcome this issue....though I do like your methodology ....
same here with my neighbour .....went way beyond that too...including criminal and civil court...
so I def feel ya...
 
I am cautiously optimistic about the outcome in our favour after all it is all about the Charter and our rights. Philan was not happy about either expert witness testimony from the RCMP testimony nor the Fire chief asking for the RCMP members expert witness certificate from the Crown, that being said in my opinion he will send it back to the house and give them 12 to 24 months to address the MMAR and the MMPR and leave it for the Feds to hash it out in the house , just seems logical to me everything changed with the Liberal's win and there agenda, leaving the injunction in place with or without new amendments is yet to be seen tomorrow tells the tale :)

This decision is not up to the government. Phelan has to use the evidence presented at trial and determine if our rights are being violated. If the mmpr is deemed to be unconstitutional, the government has to fix it. Medical marijuana challenges have a pretty good track record for winning. Relax & smoke a fatty, but remember to save some for the celebration tomorrow.
