well i am sad today.
we got dismissed so the only ones who can appeal are Beemish/Hebert and unless CONroy files another appeal for them, we get no relief. now I have Jimi Hendrix "All along the Watchtoer" running through my head.
I spoke to John Turmel and he said he will see what can be done as there is a bit of weirdness. they said "dismissed for want of jurisdiction"..?? i am not really sure what that means at this point.
Which case is that Dishes ? Phellan decision ??

i had a case in the SCoC that would have been for everyone. it was asking for time to appeal the fact that we don't have standing to appeal for changes.
only Beemish and Hebert can and CONroy isn't doing that. he discontinued the appeal in the higher court.
this is different from the Allard case. CONroy made it so that only his 4 plaintiffs have standing to appeal. he shoukld have made it a class action so anyone involved could appeal. we are left to prove we have standing to appeal and then we are able to appeal.
we really got screwed by him....if he had the one extra plaintiff that needed changes, we wouldn't have to do this but because he was lazy-thinking Beemish/Hebert was a 2fer (both expired by cut off but in need as well as needing address change) and not considering them as only one-the expiry date cut off.

I built my "grow box" about 2 years ago, converted my useless cold cellar which has 9" thick concrete walls/ceilings/floor. Total space is a 4x9.5x7' flower room, with another 4x4.5x7' area which holds a veg cabinet and enough space between the two rooms to hang/dry. The best part of converting a cold cellar is temperature management is easy, the second best part is mine is directly below my front porch, which has a 10" thick concrete slab. I've had cops come to the door, literally standing on top of my "grow box" with no f'n clue that I had a room full of plants directly under their feet. Love it ;)

Too funny...I did the exact same thing #$ years ago. Long time...Never a flake of snow on that porch either. Worked well for 7 years or so. Like farming in a mine shaft.
Then moved behind the schwagg ponds near the pesticide tanks out back of tweed. Where the goat and I live in an old burned out school bus til this day.

Sorry to hear Dishees...

I'm not sure I trust turmel any more than Conroy.......just sayin

Sent from my Nexus 5 using Rollitup mobile app
i trust Turmel more than i trust CONroy....John T is helping us for free whereas CONroy says we need a million for him to give us his A game.
we donated to CONroy before we got hooped by him and won't contribute any more for 2 reasons-our extra $$ now goes to buy meds so we don't have the extra $$. the second-he's proven that he is incredibly greedy. he tried to get Branch McMasters to give him 5% of the breach of privacy suit money just because. no real reason. they said no.
he is now going after legalization and defending CC's. i hope that none of our contribution are going for that fight!
