well i filed my reply to the DOJ's reply to the motiion we filed to be able to move gardens. they claim it's the same as Conroy's but we are asking for immediate relief for anyone who needs changes to their PPL or DPL...as well as hopefully grandfather those from Sept 30 as well. fingers crossed we hear very soon! it'll be good for everyone & will include the "left outs"

I spoke to kirk t last night and he highly advised against growing under a moved address. so don't move gardens and expect to be allowed out of jail lol
and if we have to wait till dec 2015 well then im choked

i was not happy to read that the decision isn't expected until late in the year. seemed to me that ALL the evidence was flimsy at best and discredited so why do we have to wait that long? i can see a month but they won't do that until after the closing arguments April 30
the guy we have that said he'd be happy to grow for us said he won't until it's official. no use setting up a new place to turn around & spend money on lawyers and buy new equipment while they decide on their/my fate. not worth the hassle

Jesus christ, this rodeo goes on forever. Lets see if we win the extracts case starting next week, im sure it has alot to do with it because they would just have to make a new program after we win the SCOC case.

well i found out it's March 20-Friday and it's a 1 day thing. this should be a slam dunk with Ritchot (don't remember how to spell her name HC witness) said they don't tell us how to use our "dried" product but common sense isn't so common sometimes

Yes sorry, i heard the same thing from Ted Smith. I know theres a whole crap load of people going out to Ottawa for this thing. I hope we can get this all behind us for atleast another 13years.

So I had a thought over my morning porridge....if this case results in med mari being struck from the cdsa, thereby automatically being rescheduled as a NHP, how would that impact the case in federal court?

according to Conroy, this trial has bearing on the Allard case but i am not sure how.
the case lasted an hour or so....and Conroy wanted to put off the big Allard case for a less than half day case?? does that sound off or odd to anyone else?
