isn't this exactly what LP's are doing ..... getting to many scripts for the amount they can grow...... he didn't say he forced them to get from other sources.... because that's exactly what he did

does that mean he is saying he'll decide April 30?

Yeah I take it April 30th is our decision day.

I do hope the judge does make HC allow home growers to test their own for cheap, if this is possible. that would be cool to know what % your smoking

According to the Conroy & Company website, April 30 and May 1 are the dates that the " Plaintiff and defendant present their oral submissions " to the Judge. I would not be surprised if we do not have a decision from the Judge until after the federal elections.............in October.

thank you...i think i will try to attend. hopefully we get a decision very soon. Phelan's comment of a "real trial" hopefully means he sees through this but who knows

May1,Wow thats fast...hoping for the best outcome,but sadly i am preparping for the worst..some may say it's pessimistic view i feel it may be realistic.

pass the buck and let someone else take care of it
