auxins not light nor its absence is what determines bud sizeMe and the Dawg will have to disagree with you on that one.
I've had great results with it. It opens the lower buds up to more light, so you get less popcorn.
thats why a staggered harvest blows up the bottom popcorn because once the tops are gone the auxins get redistributed to the lowers...but you'll never know this as you dont have leaves left to feed production...just as it is the auxins which get redistributed in lst'ing, topping etc....I have adequate lighting from top to bottom as can bee seen in the photo...I do this to enable the growth of tall sativas but the lowers still are small due to auxin distribution
keep your mouth shut before everyone else sees how botanically ignorant you are...have fun with your sticks and christmas lights...prove your potency...I did...you can't SEE potency
