induction light??

I just noticed and was wondering why the only people really hyping up the induction craze has only a few post and those post are mainly on threads dealing with induction lights?? I've seen a thread started by a new member that only has 1 post and his first question ever was about induction lights? I'm not doubting the technology and really hope it works but this seems to be a little fishy.

Thanks for the reply.. Would you post a link to your 500, I'd like to spec it out..
Hi Reefcouple,
Here is a spectral analysis graph of a 300 watt 2700K the 500 is the same only the lumins is higher. The lumins on these is 81-85 lumin/watt soo 500 watts will be in the neighbourhood of 42000. Please note the 500 watt is only available in 220 volt. Sorry i just tried to upload the file but it seems too large and won't let me. Can you send your email address so i can send it to you direct? (do by private message)

I don't mean to be picky but you're misspelling lumens is like a mechanic misspelling FORD

Where are the actual grows and pics, I have read a lot but seen very little, and please Chazbolin do not direct me to inda grows website, it's as boring as ....... Bubblegoogles dont you have pics or video clips to show these bad boys in use, a full journal etc. otherwise all the science and figures mean nothing. They are just numbers.

Hey Newworld,
Yes i have posted this link before. It is in week 5 of flower but you can follow each week from veg. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1VPvNd8OTo
i'm waiting for week 6. I'm interested to see more on inda gro's grows. Anyone seen? It's interesting because they sell a commercial fixture with a 5300K color system. I would love to see a comparison between a 2700 vs. 5300K.
I have put out an offer with only one taker so far. i have a 300 watt 2700K light that i will be installing some supplimental red LED's and am willing to loan it to a member to do a journal on it. I would like this person to do a comparison with either 600 watt HPS or 600watt led or 400 watt 5300K inda gro light.
I'm still waiting for the led's to arrive but if anyone has some plants in veg and is interested, my light should be ready in about 3 weeks. My idea of adding specific wavelengths of red came to me when i was comparing SPD charts of HPS and 2700K induction. It seems that the two are very close in the SPD with the HPS only higher in the yellows and a bit better in the far reds. I think by adding these wavelengths, you will see even better results we already have with these inductions. My only concern is the longevity of the LED's since i will be building them into the reflector above the bulb. The extra heat is what i'm worried about but i'm willing to give it a shot.
An independant test from a nonbias grower is what i'm after and hopefully quiet the naysayers!

I just received a call from Inda-Gro a couple of days ago and they had a sale which they extended for another week. Pro 400 Series going as low as $598 ($740 on their site.) If anyone would like the contact for inda-gro who is working with me PM me (I get nothing for referrals, fyi)

I'm still very highly interested in making the switch over from HPS to these new lights but there is not enough information, pics, or results to make me pull the trigger.

bubblegoogles, my new Secret Jardin DR120 (4' x 4') arrived yesterday and would be a perfect fit for your the light you are offering. I am still interested in testing your lights if you are still offering.

Nothing for nothing here but sounds to me that they are finding sales slow and infrequent to be extending a sale.

I would not doubt that one bit, I know I can get them a little cheaper than that if I go in with cash in hand too, they are less than 20 mins away from me.

Until there are some actual results, I doubt too many people will be making the switch...

I just like telling peeps about the lights I've been using. If there is a better site selling these then tell us where you'd recommend to go.

I've now got 4 complete grows using induction with an average of 80% of the yield (300 g/p/m) with 60-70% energy savings.

here's a video link for you to check

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1VPvNd8OTo

there are also grow pics on the images tab @ inda-gro that you can see. Like I said if you have some other site direct us there. Maybe there cheaper too. I will be needing 3 more 400's when my new room is done.

It's on you tube is where I happened to see it. I just suggested you ck it out I never said it was my grow but I guess I didn't make that 100% clear. FYI Advanced Hydroponics in Canada also sells a 400 watt induction grow light. If I had an 'alias' it wouldn't be bubblegoogles.

Okay then may I ask why you have not shown me your own grows that you claim you have done, 4 of them was it not. may I see those grows not someone else's. If your wording made it seem that way then fine, but I again ask you, if they are so great and you think wonders of them, then it would seem logical that you would want to dispell all the rumours, opinions and questions of just how well they grow and flower marijuana for so many people on this forum or in this thread.

Is that too much to ask?

I don't have any pics or journals. I have two friends and that also grow and between us we've tried a few different combination's to cut our costs down. I did see that Advanced Hydroponics sells these induction grow lights for a bit less then I paid from Inda-Gro and I'm sure if you deal direct with Chinese they would even be cheaper. The ones from Inda-Gro don't look like the ones from Advanced though.

Yes it's been 4 grows now between the 3 of us and they do deliver. I'm cloning and vegging with a single 100 watter. The youtube video by Alf is a pretty good indication of what you're going to get though so if that doesn't work for you then use whatever works for you.

May i get something straight... inda gro, advanced, and envirotech ALL sell different product. Inda gro is 5300K advanced is bispec purple, envirotech is 2700K You will get different results from all three.
New world if you watch Alf's earlier youtube vids you will hear Alf say "envirotech's" induction light. as you can see in the video the light is very yellow almost looks like HPS color. Inda gro vid you noticed a much whiter light. We also carry the 6500K for veg but don't really recommend it, not because it doesn't work but the cost, you can get the same results from vegging on 250 watt CFL's at only $80 ea. We all know vegging isn't the issue with any type of light for that matter. I'm the only one who offers to lend a light for testing by a non-bias grower maybe inda gro and advanced will step in to have a side by side.

Hey Bajafox,
I will have the light ready in about 3 weeks, i just ordered my LED's. I only had a few interested members...go figure so many people shoot it down without experiencing them but no one willing to test ...even for free! I would like to do a side by side wether it be 600 HPS or 600LED do you have either? By the way our normal prices are better than what you quoted.
