Indoors and Outdoors!

Im a first time grower and I am wondering if it would effect my plant at all if I have them Outdoors all day and In a closet All Night with a Light?

Plants can handle all the light you can give them. Many people run 24/0 during veg and with some of those hours being direct sunlight they should do very well. If you are moving them outside permanently at some point, make sure you ease them off the 24/0 light cycle with some days of 20/4, then 18/6 etc so they dont flower prematurely when placed in 13-15 hours of sun a day.
