Ok...so will my plan work??Has anyone every done something like this??I know its common practice to start any plants indoor..and then set them outside..But if I set it outsdie..on June-July..will they bud??Is 5 months enough time to flower the plant...In fact,how long does it take a plant to bud outdoors..2 months??Three?!!

hey outlaw I stop the indoor lights today and brought them outside. RIght now they are just sitting outside in a ditch somewhere safe. I think its the perfect time as in June to transplant these to the outdoors. They're 3 weeks old.
The electricity was wayyy to high and I fig I let mother nature take care of it. So answer to your question they should bud around sept to oct depending on the light schedual of ur location. Right now they should just veg and veg and veg somemore until they get the 12/12 then they'll take off and become huge.
Check out my journal and you can see how I'm doing with the outdoor shit cuz im new to this too.

I haven't had any problems either way as long as they're hardened off...I move 'em back and forth depending on the season.

Will the yield be high considering they didnt veg all season..just flowered for a couple months??Lets say I veg 5 big bud females inside under a 10,000 lumen Fluro system..and then brought outside around June-July..how much can I expect PER PLANT?? A pound...half a pound>>?Also,I plan on using manure,coir,perlite,and all other types of soil amendments for the soil...hell Ill even pee on the lil bastards....JK
i might also live in florida but my plants have already been flowering outside since late april but i want to give them less light so i just broght them in under my closet setup.. i hope that was not to much of a change for them but they are about 3 feet tall and bushy but rite now they only get 10 hrs of dark and i want to give them 14hrs dark for bigger buds? god i dea or notr? lemme know

-10,000 lumens sounds a little on the light (no pun intended) side? I mean, it will get the job done, but this is usually the guide i use:
- Minumim 2,000 lumens psf (per square foot) is required for the plants to do alright. good enough, so to speak.
- Average 2,500 lumens psf, this will allow enough for the plant to do pretty good, and is enough for the plant to do all it's stuff at a pretty high level. like getting a B+ on a test.
- Optimal 3,000 lumens psf is as good as you really can do. any more light and the plants dont really absorb it because everything is already running at 100%
-So you had like 5 plants, I use one plant psf when they are small for the math part. 5 x 2,000 = 10,000. This is ecactly your light output, right? I guess with so few plants, and such a short veg time, this probably actually works alright for you. but if you ever plan on expanding the setup or actually flowering inside one day you should think about upgrades.
