Indoor Reserva Privada Sour Kush Closet Grow

Hey guys, this is my first time posting, pretty new to this (only my second indoor grow) but we'll see how it goes. As stated in the title I'll be growing Reserva Privada's Sour Kush, don't have any experience with this company but from what I've read they seem pretty decent. I have 6 of them about a week old atm, will be growing them under a 1000W metal halide for veg and an hps for flower. Will also be topping them at some point for the first time so all advice is appreciated. Will be posting pics weekly on how its going so stay tuned. Here are a couple pics of the girls at a week old:

Hey guy, just giving a bit of an update. They are in week 2 of veg now and looking alright, although 2 of them seem a little yellow on the first set of leaves (not the colyteons) so I've been searching for a solution to that. They're getting a bit big for the cups i have them in so I'll be replanting over the weekend. As I said before I plan on topping them but am unsure when i should do it. I've heard to do it after the 4th or 5th node. Any input on this would be appreciated. Here is a couple updated pics:

Looks good RP is legit! I've grown there kandy kush and I'm currently vegging the OG kush 18!

Nice looking girls you have there, about the topping if you want to hear it from the master check out Uncle bens topping thread. I usually top once they get about 6 nodes depending on the strain. Just take the tops off and be careful not to cut the new grow shoots off with the new top your taking. You will love the topping technique if done right, good luck and I'll tag along to watch over ya
about the yellowing, what medium are you in soil? What type? You feeding yet? They tend to get starved for nutes quicker in the small containers:)

Well I believe i figured out what was wrong. When I recently replanted I found quite a bit of green on the inside of the cups I had them in, looked like algae. As far as I understand it the only way this could happen is if there was light penetrating the roots, which would make sense as the cups I had them in were clear. I replanted them now and I'm hoping the lack of light will kill off the algae as the girls aren't looking too great right now. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for lack of pictures I've been too busy lately to get them on here.
