INDOOR O-zone questions...

I recently picked up an Ozone generator for my closet and have a few questions. The generator is rated at 1000 mg/hr.
The closet I grow in has an exhaust vent out the BOTTOM of the wall on my closet. I rent my apartment, so I didn't want the landlord to see a vent up in the wall. The vent lowers temps 17*+!
It is set up as follows....

Carbon Filter > Fan pulling air through filter> Ducting > Cooltube > ducting > vent out wall.

I want to run the Ozone in the ducting directly after the fan. I've read that the longer it runs through the ducting, the "safer" it is by the time it exits.
I'm wondering what kinda timing on a timer I should use to run it? 5 min on 5 off? 1 on 5 off?
I want it to be effective, but also need it to be safe.
The vent exits out the bottom of the closet and blows under the bed. It's in a spare bedroom.
BTW, is 1000mg/hr alot?

I run my OZN-1 on a timer 15min on and 15 off since ozone only has a half life of 15 minutes. My ventilation setup is like yours and my OZN-1 is in the top of my tent next to my filter so it gets sucked right out into the attic. They say you should have at least 10ft of ducting for the ozone to "tumble" through the ducting, my total duct length is 8ft and have not had a problem for 3 years running it.

My OZN-1 is 1000mg an hr and can cover 5500 cubic ft

No clue why you would choose ozone for that tiny space (and where you sleep? really?)

And to the guy running 15 on, 15 off because of the half life of 15 mins....

You understand this means only HALF of it has gone away by then?

Yes 15 on and 15 off so it overlaps and my attic never smells of ozone unless it is on, 10 minutes after it turns off you cannot smell it.
