They are pretty low quality. Cheap ballasts are fine, either they work or they dont. But bulbs.... whole different game.

They are not the best.the be all and end all. But for your first grow it perfect because u can worry about everything else. The lights will work they won't make a ground breaking harvest but they will do the job.
You should get this grow under your belt and then improve and buy new shit when you travel down the road. Take your time. Top them if they aren't autos and do the best you can. I grew some dank under burples. Honest the new LEDs kick ass.get this run done and dusted
