Indoor closet grow(Stealth tent)

so i just recently started a session inside to see how it would go. I have a 300W Viparspectra LED light, 3 Fem Swiss cheese in a DWC system in a 2 x 2 x 4 tent.
I had them Sprout may 19
Seedling may 25/1st res. Change nutrients added
June 6th Res Change reduced nutes
Veg. June 9th topped Down to 3rd node

Questions: About how much can I expect from the 3 plants and what training should I do to keep them short enough to stay under the LED through the whole cycle

Also I’m using the GH flora series with hydroguard to prevent/deal with root rot

I got about 5 z under a 600w with 3 plants..

Currently on my second run with 3 again..

Just a tip, I would take that reflective tape off your dwc, it will probably cause the plants to stretch a little

And to keep them short top them early and then you can use some wire to tie the branches down some
