Inconsistent Seedsman description of products - how they grow

I bought and have three newly sprouted PE (pineapple express) autos. At his site, the description of what I would be growing says the plant grows short and has a THC content of 14%. If you Google "Seedsman auto PE seeds" there's another link to Seedman's site with a completely different description of PE as growing over 3 ft tall with a THC content that says only "very high (14% is not "very high"). Anyways, my spindly 2 day old sprouts are already 4.5" tall, which tells me this strain is going to grow too tall and lanky for my tent height, not short like I need it. I've viewed some net pics of PE autos that indeed, shows it growing super tall and spindly.

There must be different batches of auto seeds of the same strain they develop because some other pics of PE autos shows them flowering at not such a lanky tall height. I'm gonna have to toss these three PE autos bought for $40 (shipping costs a lot) and go with a previous strain of Bubblegum Kush from them. They grew short and squat which I liked. Needless to say I'm a bit bummed out as it takes a good 3-4 weeks to arrive to the US west coast.

Just top them. At like 3rd or 4th node. It should stay under 2 feet.

Just like those burger commercial on Tv. Sometimes times it is not what you expect.

I thought topping autoflowers was frowned upon.

I topped some auto freebies on my first soil grow before I knew you weren't supposed to and they grew fine, gave me about 3 oz each

Do you have enough light, and is it close enough?

As of now they're just 2 days old ! They have good light so they're not stretching, it's just the way they are.
Thanks for the feedback, but I just ordered some Bubble Kush Autos. It's a strain I grew last time. I thought it wouldn't get me buzzed after initial dry and short cure, but wow, what a difference in stoneyness when I let it cure for 3 more weeks. It slowly got stronger in smell and buzz. I underestimated the importance of a proper cure. Very happy with Bubble Kush Auto.
