petrol in ireland 1.50 per litre (euros) ish

If fuel were that cheap here i'd go buy that vintage Jag and drive round the lake listening to Holst for at least 6 hours a day...
i had a 1979 chrysler cordoba ...not that cheap i had to spend 100$ every week to fill it

i loved that car...........not a pic of mine but thats the exact color model ...it was beautiful ...but i couldnt go across the boarder because they ripped it apart everytime i got into the usa ....

i still have it......kinda......i slipped on black ice and wrecked it...no air bags so the accident hurt like a mother fucker smashed my head on the steering wheel

That's a beauty alright. I love big brash cars. Trucks even more so. Cars in europe have completely lost all character and individuality now. I'm miserably considering getting a 'clone' car to save on fuel and blend in a bit better.
Here's the last car i had that i actually loved. Sold it to a mate. He painted it black.still looks tough.IMG_20120321_152344.jpg

Well, if the car you hate is 'imminently going to fail' on you....do it. Even if you only want it to fail on you for the excuse! Gotta drive, gotta drive happy. Hang the expense!
