In House Trop Juice - Week 5 buds still small. Is this normal for this strain?

Tent, LEDs, 5 gals, soil, Down to Earth Veg 4-4-4 top dress at week 2. Climate dialed in to 77F light/70F dark, 53%RH.
12 plants from seed, all look very healthy, medium dark green leaves, no signs of stress at all.

Just wrapped up week 5 of flower, and I'm shocked at how small the buds are!
Normally my buds are at least twice this size in week 5, grown in the same system.

Is this normal for Trop Juice? Is it normal for some strains to start this slow, and then pack it on later?

Looks like it is a slow going strain, might need like 12+ weeks in flower.

You're probably right. Just surprised a hybrid would go so long. And da innanet says 60-75 days for Trop Juice.

Considering going to a 11 light/13 dark schedule to get things moving faster. Not worried about losing a little yield. Anyone have hands-on experience with this?

One don’t go by the breeder pack. They probably pulled it out of their ass. It’s just a pheno you got that’s growing slow. You may not have enough light For what that thing wants.
