I woke up, checked my email and had one there from the bank telling me my SBA ppp loan request had been funded
I can get ppp and pua because I qualify for both
I have no ideas about the details of the e trans. I showed them proof of my payroll, certificate of good standing and articles of organization as well as my id and answering some verification questions on a docusign. It was accepted by the SBA, I signed another docusign to close the loan, and they funded it

An Articles of organization is something you get when you start an llc
I just sent proof of payroll and the other stuff I mentioned. Never left my house, did it all in docusign
Ppp is not contingent on employment in any way. Please stop spreading misinformation
pua funds are for anyone who had to miss work due to covid, so that’s how I get those too
I knew I was getting funds after I closed the loan in a separate docusign, then they put the money in my account. Never needed an e trans number

You stupid dumb liar. PPP stays for Paycheck Protection Program. PAY CHECK means you are getting paid, in which is one of the ways the money is to be used for (paying employee wages) . Seeing how you are supposedly a independent contract with one employee ( your fucking self ) you are getting a paycheck, which means you are not UNEMPLOYED.
PUA = Pandemic Unemployment Assistance is for those who are unemployed due to the pandemic. You SUPPOSEDLY are receiving a pay check (PPP), which means you do not qualify for PUA. I myself HAD to hire 3 people because three of my employees wanted to stay on unemployment versus coming back to work. Once they get a paycheck they no longer can get PUA. I have to keep a certain amount employees per loan for 8 weeks to not have to pay monies back

FYI you need a E-Trans to get your money. SBA assigns it to you. your loan needs to be assigned an E-Tran number before you can get your PPP money. you should know this but I understand why you don't...Its call being a fucking liar

Sounds like you can’t do math. First grade math at that even. It’s better financially for some people to take the unemployment plus the stimulus unemployment. Here it would be $920 a week. I’m sure some people don’t even make that much that lost their jobs.
