Likely within the next month I will buy another property and likely at least 1-2 more in short order. The next one will be cheap, somewhere between 120 & 150K.

if you have 4 properties worth b/t 100 and 150 k each, and you still work for a living, instead of collecting rent, you are doing something wrong.
