I'm trippin...CO poisioning Q's

Sooo is it possible to get Carbon Monoxide poisioning(even slightly) from smoking and taking every hit like a champ? Idk I feel weird and I guess I'm not allergicdunce so idk whats goin on. I just googled CO poisioning and I feel most of those symptoms(Nausea, stomach cramps/pain, Dizziness, Fatiuge, Headaches, memory loss). I don't know though cause those symptoms could be anything(even weed related)! I'm already guessing it isn't CO poisoning otherwise a lot of you guys would be dead...

try smoking more maybe? thats what i would do anyways.
