I'm thinking over water? +rep

She is about 1 foot away atm. I can put my hand under the hps without discomfort so I assume from what I have read that that is ok.

you want to hold it for about a minute and see if it gets hot.

but ya especially with a 400hps, a foot shouldnt be a problem.

i like to keep mine a good 18 inches away, but i got some 600's

are you cooling your bulb as well? like with a squirrel fan or something?

I would dry her out until the pots pretty light and flush with ph'ed straight water and start nutes at 1/2 again.
How far are they from the light and whats the temp? I had leaves curling like that when it was too close to the lights.

She is about 1 foot away from the light. She has been recently flushed and I think that some of the leaf problems are stemming from the fact that she is hungry, but I am by no means an expert. The pot is getting lighter by the day so I will be patient and wait for the pot to get really light and then start her back on 1/2 strength nutes. Thank you all for the responses. bongsmilie

looks like over water which in turn leads to over nute if your using nutes ever water so it could be both. So try 1/4 strength to start just to be safe and it wouldnt hurt to swap out a bit of the soil not to much a couple of hand fulls will be fine with plain soil nothing with nutes or mg
