i was pushing it. i had some GDP and black domina that looked nice and ready, but i had no need to harvest anything so i ferted a few nights ago and left them.
well, the buds are too dense and with summer temps making me water so often, it happened.
i noticed one single leaf that looked out of place, all wilted and twisted, a sure sign of something wrong beneath the surface. i gave the leaf a tug and it just fell out, no resistance. without even looking, i cut the bud off, brought it inside, and cracked it open. mild botrytis.
i got lucky though, nothing anywhere else on the plant at all. i was able to salvage about 20%of the botrytis top cola nug. i also harvested the GDPs just to be safe.
i hope they don't taste too bad as i was unable to flush. time will tell.
