Im stupid! 400Hps help!

Hi chaps,
After reading a lot on indoor growing and it got me fired up and ready to go SO, i went nuts when i saw this great deal on a 400W HPs kit and went for it !
NAW I HAS PROBLEMS!

They kinda gave me this > see pictures
and i got no idea what the hell to do with it.

I asume i need to connect the light to the ballast and the ballast to the electricity?

Out of my electricity cable comes 1 black 1 red and 1 yellow/green wire 220V
(i live in Belguim )

There is also some text in spanish i think, i donno if that is important..

As i said i m not the sharpest tool in the shed, if anyonce could use paint or something and draw where the wires need to go, that would make me mighty happy!

I was going to say at first its 50HZ and we run 60HZ here in the US, but then Saw your in Belgium..Soo

There should be some other components to the ballast. A capacitor and igniter.

Take a better picture of the wiring diagram thats in blue on the top picture, and I will be able to help you out alot better.

What are you using as your source of 220v? Are you going to 'hard wire' it or do you want it to 'plug' into a wall socket? The wiring looks very simple if you're sure about your source of 220v.

In belguim its a 220V network. unlike us 110 we have 220V. all our electrical appliances run on 220.

I donno what to do man, all i know is i want light :p

i was thinking of something i could just plug in and light go's on ?

me stupid :p

F = red (guessing?)
N = black
GND = yel/grn
last two are the bulb socket connections, pretty obvious by the picture.
