They appear dead mostly. Its happens during times of drought
I thought they were under watered too, but didn't want to make an over watering mistake.
So in dorught conditons a weed grows. Maybe the soil I got was partly from the desert regions of Earth.

I am not an expert, but i have always watered all my plants thoroughly then waited for them to dry. It seems to work, even with small plants.
The rootballs you posted looked like the roots were collecting at the bottom. Probably because that was the only place they could find moisture.
If you looked at the pick in the Runtz thread you'll see larger, dead plants in the background.
Those shriveled up and died too. But of course made it a lot farther. They were in the cloth pots so couldn't really be over-watered, but were I guess.

Ok, you're doomed to keep killing seedlings no matter how many seeds unless you figure out how you're killing them. No one here can help you unless you provide more information about your grow.
We know that some of you baseline environment conditions aren't good. Seedlings are much happier at 60-75% humidity than 30%. They're also happier warmer (80-85 with lights on and 70-80 lights out). Is that tent sitting on a cold floor? Concrete, etc? Raise the cups/pots to get them warmer. As I said before raise the lights and turn them up to give you more heat in your tent and get a small humidifier to raise the humidity.
Still don't know if you've got enough drainage holes in your cups. Have no idea what your water is nor what your pH is minus 'i have a pH meter'. Also there's a lot of shitty meters out there (most garden shop soil meters, etc). We don't know your watering technique or schedule.

Yep. In cups I watered until they started dripping out the bottom, then didn't re-water until they were light and dry. That could be every 3 or 4 days depending. Now I seed into bigger containers (.75g), start with the soil thoroughly moist before dropping the seeds in and then the first week or two I center-water and only lightly water the outsides of the pots...by the end of week 2 I'm watering the entire pot to runoff and letting 'em dry like I do my 5g pots. At that stage it's every 4-6 days dependent.
Often with watering too much/too little its not about the amount of water, its about the frequency of watering.

Try this for you next run.
-Buy root riot cubes or similar
-Soak root riot cubes in water with some wettable myko mixed in for 30-60 min
-take starter plugs out and gentle squeeze them so they arent soaked, but wet
-using bare hands, place a seed in the hole in the starter cube
- place cube in open 6 pack slot
-place 6 pack on seedling heat mat under a light
-check starter cubes daily and spray with water bottle if putter cube is dry
We do this for a week or 2 and will keep new seedlings like that until I put them into a solocups.
From there I put them in coast of maine seed starter in a solo cup in a solo cup. I add a little EWC, compost, and actual soil to the starter mix.
This has been working well for us. I have been keeping the plants in solocups way too long, but it's working really well.
