just buy poly. its so thick it is a wall. i taped it with gorilla tape right to the my other walls and split my room in half. covered the window completely with same poly like stuff and stuck duct out windows. an intake from other side of rooms window and done. i built a frame but i think had i just used tape and poly it would have worked fine. poly was 95 dollars and i have enough left to poly every wall in my apartment twice. a lot of it so very worth it.

No No! dont use the plastic and cardboard. Its a bad idea, buy a grow tent, or ideally use wood and that white/black plastic or white paint. Your grow room need to be built such that if you go psyco with a garden hose it will not fall apart. Over time humidity takes its toll.

Buy a cheap space blanket at the local army or camping store. These are made of mylar and usually cost 3-5 dollars.

Man, get yourself some Maylar wrapping paper from the dollar store, and scotch tape that shit over the whole place, thats the best for reflection better than the paint which is almost as good, just something to keep in mind.. dollar store. cheap.
