Guns under the front seat your in the back seat = NOT YOURS. any lawyer worth anything can get you off of that. Shit even I could argue it in front of a judge and win. Your lawyer, public defender or not, works for you and only you. You must demand that he takes only your best interests to court. Do not be afraid or intimidated to tell him you want the gun charge thrown out.
Police are douche bags and try and pin it on anyone they can. that does not mean you have to sit back and let them.

Everyone is a snitch. Just depends on the time an place.

You better hope those guns don't come back stolen or used in any crime.

Your supposed cousin ran like a bitch and stuck you with a gun.

You take the fall and all of a sudden your the one that has to worry about being a snitch. I would sing all day. Then I would have them process the gun for physical evidence
I have a nephew like this guy and I too get a little tired of the gangsta/no snitchin' BS. With him it's the "Come Man we're family" crap.

Snitches get stitches (if they're lucky) only applies to actual partners in crime. Boneheads that put you at risk for no F%$#ing reason other than wanting to pack heat for some BS fantasy scenario are on their own. OH excuse me ....translation.....They r on theyr one. :fire:

Just a friendly reminder we are assuming that HomeBoys version of events is accurate.....NOT

I won't do time for anyone else, but for what I did.

I think the big misconception is between a C.I. (a real snitch) and covering your own ass when you did nothin wrong.

IMO if you regularly commit felonies and you don't have an attorney on retainer then you REALLY need to step your game up. A public pretender, I'm sorry I mean defender, only gets you a long stay.

Either way, you're not a felon until you're convicted. I'd suggest making your cousin pay for your lawyer or drop the dime on him. Plain and simple - you didn't do shit. I wouldn't go down for robbery that I knew about, but didn't participate in any more than I'd go down for a gun that wasn't mine.

If I was in your position, as far as I'd be concerned, your cousin just fucked you real good and hard and didn't even spit on it. Cowardly little bitch.

Time to find a new circle, eh?

I am going to go out on a limb and guess that you, like I, would never be caught dead in this situation. It's called personal responsibility and starts with not hangin' with your delinquent cousins in a car with a gun/guns and drugs. I am serious old school and I don't really understand the new folks who think that networking is a new thing and don't understand it takes time to earn trust not a slick avatar, a high post count, pants that don't fit and a poor grasp of the English language.

Those giving you the advice to get a good attorney are spot on. Think about changing your lifestyle and friends, if you can. Good luck.

I'm not saying I don't occasionally break laws, but I don't do it rolling four deep with morons.

I don't associate with any known criminals or conduct any business with them.

You get caught once, you will get caught again. Plus the police have you on there radar. Trust me they will be pulling over your car from now on for any little thing.

Im sorry i think i said it wrong....its snitches end up in ditches..but i guess it all depends where your from and who u associate with. If your gunna rat to get yourself off u better never end up in prison your paperwork will get you killed! Its not something anyone should agree with but its a fact.gangsters around here run up in houses with ak 47s and tie up family's just to steal weed imagine what could happen if u rat on the wrong dude associated with a savage gang!!

Make sure your "friends" help you out here. They will help you afford a lawyer and pay court costs if they are your true friends.

I had a DUI once, thought my world ended. I drove home two friends and on my way home, I got pulled over. I told my friends and they helped me pay for my lawyer and court fines.

i wouldnt go down for someone else gun. cops sees everyone get out and scatter. its kinda simple facts on this one. they arnt mine and there were passengers and their names are. now its up to them to find the gun owners. print the fucking guns and see where you get.

and if you make it to college pick up a dictionary and mind what field you are going to get into. Criminal backround checks are the norm for alot of professions as a vetting process. Go to class everyday, having a college professor write a work recommendation at the end of it helps alot.

Good Luck OP and quit being a dumbass. We all make mistakes, especially when we're young. Learn and grow, don't stew and wallow.

Do you like the color pink? Hope so... They will want the name of the persons who ran, if not its all you... Do your time, then deal with your cousin... Don't rat on him, he's a punk who shoulda took his piece with him, especially since he's running... Never leave the piece behind... What a pussy, I would tax his ass hard when you get out...

Ffs, how far does this "don't snitch" hood life wannabe thug bullshit go? These guys KNEW You'd take the heat for the firearms, that's why they left them and ran.. and you're just going to let that happen? What if someone framed you for rape or murder, would you go to jail for 25 just because you're THAT hard?

If im not mistaken i think its chapter 6 verse 5 in the big book of thug rules it states u cannot rat on anyone in the mainline. So rapists and anyone in pc is fair game!
