I'm back

been gone for quite awhile and I can't smoke or drink until jan 23, 2010 but at least I'm not in jail and I have my pc and phone back.

what happened?

Somebody who I used to grow with snitched on me because his girlfriend who doesn't like me talked him into it. I got put on 3 months house arrest, had my phone and pc taken and got put in the drug court program for a year. All they found was an 8th of weed and some hightimes and some fox farm nutes from my last grow but because of the nutes, weed, and mags that gave them enough to charge me with conspiracy to cultivate which is alot harder to beat in court than being charged with cultivation. In Florida we have a new state attorney who is a bitch andgiving no breaks. So it was either drug court or 5 yrs in prison.

I'm just gonna be stupid for a second and ask...are you allowed to move states after your 1 year in "drug court"(what is the drug court program btw)?

you got all that for an 1/8 of weed? the mag and nutes arent illegal man.. wtf? something doesnt sound right.. did u get caught selling it or something?

When my year is up they drop my charges and I'm free to do whatever I want. Drug court is a program to keep drug offenders out of jail and push them into recovery as addicts. They treat everyone as if they are addicted to Meth it's a joke.
