I'm about to start growing for my very first time, and I need to see if what I'm..

doing is right.

I'm going to start out with two seeds I found in my bag, the seeds look good they got stripes, and so far I'm in the germinating process, and in one seed you can see a tiny part of the root coming out (Day 2 of germinating.) So I'm going to wait a little longer.

Anyways, this is going to be a closet grow in my room, one plant, two at the most (Personal use). What has concern me is that I've heard that in order to get good bud it's preferable to use HPS light, and right now I don't have a lot of money to afford HPS, I could afford CFL one lamp, since it's one plant (I want a decent yield), and I do have the soil and pot for it, but I need some help setting this up.

Either way I'm new to this so sorry if I sound really ignorant about this, but I need to know were I can fix anything, or any helpful tips for a 1-2 plant closet grow.

You will need LOTS of light when it grows. Figure 20 of those CFl bulbs. Or 1 HPS bulb.

Start with the search function...There is a WEALTH of info on what your talking about on this forum. Look up keywords like Lumens, cfl grow, closet grow, econo grow..... so on. Be creative and absorb as much as you can from Rollitup!
