There is yellowing of leaves round about week 1 of flower the past 3 grows i've did. thats with using the correct amount of nutrients. i read somewhere that tap water has a higher concentrate of calcium and magnesium. i'm just wondering how i could solve this problem of yellowy leaves at the end of veg and more or less all the way through flowering.

its the iron brew they add to the tap water! Tap water contains Mg and cal, that's a good thing. . You can look online and find out exactly what is in your tap water via local council or something.
Are you getting your PH right? That would be more likely a problem.

Essentially all of our water in Scotland comes from rain, and we certainly get more than our fair share's worth of that!
When it rains two things can happen:
The water can flow into streams, rivers, lochs and reservoirs, and this type of water is known as surface water,

Alternatively, the water can also seep through the ground until it passes through. It then forms pools and this type of water is known as ground water. It is often very pure as many of the pollutants are naturally filtered out through the seeping process.

Some Scottish Water customers are supplied with water from ground water sources, however, most of our customers receive their tap water from surface water sources.

It seems where ever you are in Scotland your water is either soft or moderately soft.
According to the canna feeding charts with soft water you should always use heavy feeding. Hard water use light feeding. Maybe that's the cause of your yellowing. But your issue could be a number of things without seeing pics I can only take a stab in the dark

my water comes from the surface water then lol. and i'm pretty sure they're not mixing it with irn-bru hahaha. i have had problems fixing my ph before and i think that might be the reason for yellow leaves. i'm not sure

Are you switching to bloom nutes on the flip or still using veg nutes.

Is the yellowing from the old leaves or new leaves.

Without pics ita hard to tell. But I say its a N def.

Keep using the veg nutes at least 2 weeks into flower, the plants need all the N they can get to create flowers :)

I looked at water butts. do they filter the water to make it more pure and friendly for the roots or whatever. i was thinking i might need a reverse osmosis filter.
How do you all keep your ph at 6.8 for every watering throughout the crops life.
