My friend has a app date of 9/18 so I’ll update after they get theirs too. Both of us submitted by mail. My friend has not called and does not know if approved but I’m sure they are since there’s no denial letter.

I assume a few after me that applied online may get cards before me based on mail vs online posters in the past. Maybe a few days
We are all so close!!!

You all!

I had an ultrasound sound. Sadly since im a man they didn't find the baby, but my gallbladder may be coming out .We'll see .
I had one and the nurse would not allow me to take an ultrasound selfie. I felt sexually discriminated against.
Hope surgery gives some relief.

I hate nurses like that. I had a liver ultrasound and the nurse made it seem like I was dying the next day. Made me crazy until doc called and said I’m fine.

I forget what she thought I was there for but was way off. No the CT for Crohn's found something else to have a slew of tests for.
MRI or CT have never found anything for Crohn's in spite of the scope not being to get through days before and always finding a permanent stricture when it could get through, waste of money.

Nothing in informed delivery for me.

I think they are still at end of September as of yesterday saw post of people approved that app was received September 26 and 27 hopefully we can all have a green Christmas fingers crossed
So after we are "approved" card is printed (out of state) then shipped back to Springfield then finally shipped to individual. lots of waiting ahead it appears even after "approval". Its like they found the slowest possible way to drag out the process and they wonder why black market weed is at a all time HIGH.

I'm curious why with IL no longer printing driver's licenses on the spot why those card printers weren't shuffled over to IDPH. Especially with Rauner trying to save money where ever he could.

Do they really ship the card back, then ship it out? That’s crazy!!

One of my first jobs was actually working one of those machines. It was the summer before I started college. I learned two things:

1. I could deal with people really upset and irate and it just didn't seem to get to me like the other workers. I tended to be able to calm them down.

2. Everybody has to go to the DMV so I saw there were lots and lots of people that needed help. Disabled people, Immigrants, Vets, Single Moms, people with addiction issues, people with mental health problems.... they all had to go there. I found out that I liked helping the people that needed help the most.

So that is a big reason that I ended up becoming a mental health worker/therapist. So a shitty DMV summer job ended up having a positive impact on me (and I hope my clients too).

Those damn machines broke all the time, I spent more time fixing those things then actually printing the cards. Not really, but a lot of time. Also, I think they were made to print out IL drivers license only. I could be completely wrong though. I am sure they are using new machines today (well I'd hope so).

Something not talked about is this:

"Throughout his term in office, Rauner opposed legalization efforts, limiting a 2016 decriminalization bill through an amendatory veto, hindering efforts to expand medical marijuana and disbanding a medical cannabis advisory board in the process. The outgoing Republican called cannabis legalization a "massive human experiment."

This was yet another way for Rauner to try to prevent access to Medical Marijuana, essentially by limiting Qualifying Conditions. Once this advisory board is back up and running, they will be able to address a lot of the problems in the program.

Right now, there is basically nobody to complain to and address the problem. This was done intentionally. The great thing is that Medical Marijuana survived in Illinois, despite the Rauner administration doing everything in its power to kill it.

Right!!! And not 60-80 for an 1/8th!! Can’t wait for that day!
My dispensary has nothing over 60 for a eighth and runs several strains on special for 40 every week. I have only paid over 40 for MAG91 and Corlenone the kush cause I wanted to try those before I saw them on sale.

I’ve been scoping out mine for a while, and edibles stay around 20-30, and flower for an 1/8 I’ve seen high the strains at 70
