I think you will see that "you already have a license" message on your online account (1) immediately if you did an online app, or (2) after IDPH inputs your paper app into the system. I know I saw that message right after I did my online app. Maybe YMMV? Just means you are in the system, not approved.
Generally, doing the online app is just doing the data entry for them.
Also, this what should trigger a provisional registration. Either the online app is complete or the paper app is entered into the system at IDPH. They probably already assign a QP# at that time. How hard could it be to kick a letter out to everyone once they have a comolete applicatoon in the system?

So you gave the dispensary your password and they tried to continue your application in order to check your application? Is that what you are claiming? If there was any doubt before its obvious you're trolling now.

I called around 1545, was on hold for 25 minutes...The lady confirm I was approved, she said that all disable veterans with VA paperwork confirming their approved disability get fast tracked. The state doesn’t have to verify that the there is client/physician treatment, there’s no mandate doctor follow ups, there no checking to see if the paperwork is real...

I called IDPH 11/26 just to ask about my status and told the sec of state was verifying my address and my card was in today's mail. I'm thinking it's probably the last step before you get your card. Just a guess though.

Let’s do it together over a nice dab! Really. That dude thought he would fool us with a screenshot of crapola? Haha. Also vets are not being fast tracked unfortunately. Proof is in the FB group of some vet asking yesterday and being told wait it same time as all the rest (other than terminal)
It's sad that vets have to wait so long.
