Let’s go! Mine is in the mail today too!!!

Happy to have been apart of Any day gang, and today gang!

Timeline for those wondering:

May 10th: Dr appt at Innovative, Application Submitted
May 11th: CC Charged
Waiting....
July 30th: Called and was informed i have been approved!
August 8th: Card in mailbox

Yay!! Congrats!! Lol you went to innovation the same day as me! Lol we probably passed each other lol

Hi guys! Long time stalker first time poster! My nerves are getting the best of me...
Time frame is May 3 I visited an all inclusive clinic and was charged by them for everything that day.
July 25 sent email received two emails back first generic automated then next business day seemed like a real person stated it was received and will be processed in the order it was received.
August 1 I called the 217 number a very nice woman answered and approved me/sent to printer.
Today still waiting..... Will post when I get informed delivery! So exciting to see 7/30 approval dates getting cards today!!!!

hi all - just discovered this blog. here is the summary of my status so far:
mailed in a paper application on 5/29/18 and check cashed on 8/7/18 (70 days after mailing application from Chicago). emailed DPH this morning to get a status, but no response yet.

I was approved on 8/2 and I’m getting my card today. So you are so close!

Hey SmK,

You are very close to me. I sent in my application a week earlier but they cashed our checks 1 day apart. We are close! Hang in there.

Much appreciated everyone. I mailed my paperwork in on 6/5 and my check hasn’t been cashed yet so I’m hoping I’m not far behind. Timelines have been greatly appreciated everyone and as soon as mine is cashed I will hopefully provide an update. This just gives me hope that mine may be soon.

Call back Friday! I was the 18th and I called last Wednesday and they hadn’t gotten to me. Called Friday and was approved! Now just waiting for my card! Didn’t come today so fingers crossed for tomorrow!
