Thank you for your email. Your patient registry identification card has been approved and sent for printing. You should receive it in approximately 10 to 14 days.

Called today and no answer, would it be possible they could’ve sent it to the printers without sending me a final email? I plan to call again Monday but I’m getting really worried since someone said they’re already on May 21st now. Has anyone else experienced this??!

I have the same receipt you have. I went to Dr. Footerman at his Springfield office on 06/22/18 my card was charged on 07/12/18. I believe that innovation express clinic just works faster that some of the other clinics. Consider yourself lucky.
