@travisbikes thanks for the time-line. I'm still hopeful that the card is physically with me before the 4th... A BOY CAN DREAM.
Just gonna keep setting aside a bit more cash from each check. I haven't actually owned a piece in about...12 years? Something like that, so not only is the weed going to be expensive, but I'll have to invest in some glass as well. My wife and I have a toddler running around at home, so this last weekend I built like a wooden chest with word lock on it.

Same. I ended up calling and spoke to the person I had gotten an email from the day prior. She was none too pleased with me.
They seem really understaffed.

Feeling unsure what that even means. How long does it take to print something?
The card printers at the DMV weren’t good enough so they had to outsource? Argh </rant>
