if they spend as much time on here as I do , cards will be 200 days out ! I imagine they didn't put your app on the bottom for two calls...unless that dude answered and you asked to speak with someone else !

Haha I thought I was nice, said my please and thank you’s! Haha

It’s going to suck now, unless anyone else calls, cuz we won’t get updates if we were approved, until we get our cards. Ahhh haha

yep !! I was gonna call after day 60 , but I am sure they know I talk to you ...so ill just sit in the back row , with my mouth shut ! hahaaaa
 
I think you will have yours in hand within 10 days , if not sooner. I think there is something to the Provisional , I think I will get one before I get my card ? December 24th will be my 80 days. and it all may be wishful thinking , January 24th is more like it

Opioids requires a new form, registration and computer system. If you just got out of surgery and got a form instead of a prescription it has to be reliable.
Provisional requires QP#s are assigned.
Yes eventually they'll need to check if provisional access has been denied but at the blinding speed IDPH moves late Sept-Dec won't be very many denials to worry about before they have everything working. Even with background checks there were very few denials.
But everything you say would be a good excuse for them. Can't have even one person getting legal cannabis if they're not Illinois approved. If that is what they submit I hope the legislative board who receives it has the pro-cannabis ones on it and they light into them. I'm sure from reading the law the intention is to stop treating sick people like criminals and get them relief now.

Couple more days and the rule should be posted so we'll know. But it's not like they've follow any other laws.

Went to MCO. My app was submitted 27 days after my Dr visit.
