Ill effects from smoking buds before harvest time?

I'm hurtin' guys. Town is dry and I got several plants in week 5 flower.
Could I or my babies suffer any ill effects from picking off a lower bud (small and not getting much light) from the bottom of the plant?

just the shame of knowing you are not letting something so beautiful come to age properly.

Many of us know the feeling.

Sigh I know the feeling. My plant is in week 10 and I have smoked about 2g's of it already. Don't stress it if youre craving hard.

none whatsoever, your plant will redirect the nutrients up top to your main buds.
You risk building up tolerance before your bud is in it's prime cured, that's about it.

the plant wont mind but you will be rewarded for your patients
