Order all elected officials back to the States they were elected in.
Begin process to turn DC into the largest amusement park and tourist attraction in the world !
Return all power the federal government currently has back to the individual States and then resign !
Let them collectively govern the country but their primary job is the prosperity of their individual state.
Once a year the representatives from each state can meet to hash out problems and create solutions quickly and efficiently !

So you think having each state fighting for the pie is the way to create quick national solutions like I drug reform, immagration and gun controls to name just a few? I could be wrong as I’m not even a US citizen but I see flaws lol.
Edit: I do like the theme park ideal
