If MJ was legal everywhere...

Yeah, cuz the sun California gets is better than the sun that everyone else gets.

Don't believe the hype, because that's all it is.

The months of June through October are spectacular on the Coast of Maine. The Downeast portion has perfect temps, a constant sea breeze, perfect humidity, sunshine, misty fog, long days that start with the sun up early at 4:30ish. People grow out on the impossible to access, tiny islands all over the coast. There is abundant clear, clean natural water sources all over the area for outdoor projects. There is no one up here at all. I favor my backyard naturally. It never gets sweltering up here more than 1-2 days. Sweltering is above 85. You should see the local flowers up here. Perfect. Maine has not been ruined....yet.

Lets not kid ourselves. Cali is good but we can find environments like parts of cali in other. We also know that the best place is north cenrtal to northern cali. Sorry all you from the southern part. but hey I m in Washington and i think our season is pretty sweet. damn right awesome if we get a warm spring. but thats just what i think. Also just grow inside. :)

I think it might depend on what you're growing. A sativa might like the heat and humidity that comes with the southeast. Regular rain through the growing season. This part of the country has crisp, clear, mild late summer and fall.

The optimal conditions can be found in a lot of places. Last time i checked cannabis didn't originate from cali

If you're going to mention Cali, then it would be more fair to split it up into either SoCal or NorCal. There's a difference of several degrees of latitude which, of course, greatly influences veg and flower times. Different growing seasons, depending on whether you're north or south. Isn't there more veg time available in NorCal?

you missed the 'a lot of solar power' part at the end! Death Valley because it would get the MOST sunlight. Why Emerald triangle? Because of the Cool nights and dry 78 degree days? That can all be created INDOORs with all the best equipment. The Emerald Triangle is not Magic Land. It simply has the best outdoor conditions. Where can the best outdoor conditions be simulated ALL THE TIME? Death Valley. think about it. lol

so why west coast??????????????? east coast growers can produce just as good if not better than west coast, see the difference here is when we grow we keep it here instead of sending it everywhere else.. we keep it local. while were making sweet moonshine at night our crops are shading us during the day.. lol appalachian mountians run from north to south, and all kinda weed in between.. so you west coast growers with your 100 acre crops getting busted by the feds can keep it. while we settle in our neck of the woods and grow till our hearts content.. the high side of the mountains is where you will find us.

I think there are lots and lots of places with the right climate. Just like how they can grow good wine grapes all over the world.

If it was 100% legal though I feel like indoor would become a waste of money. Wouldn't the prices drop to about the same as tomatoes or corn?

Hey lighten up Alice. No bullshit here and I never said (or implied) that the SoCal quality was less than Norcal. I simply made reference to their different latitudes and times available for outdoor vegging. I never said a single thing about quality!

Hell I'm from Ohio so I don't even have a horse in that race! Don't be so sensitive honey...
