If I am starting my plants in my closet are fluorescents the only lights i need?

I am about to start 15 sweet tooth seeds in my closet and then plan to move them outside. Are fluorescents the only light source i need?

make sure they are 6500k

I ALWAYS use a seedling heating mat, also. If the soil is warm, your roots will grow. If not, they get to a certain height and then just sit there doing nothing until the soil warms up.

A cheap T8 from Home Depot will work okay under daylight tubes (6500K blue light spectrum), but a T5 is a lot better, they're a little pricy but they are awesome for veg
