IE Robs og, Blue Dream and platinum grow. need tips !

I recently got myself a tent (finally) and I currently got; 1 Platinum, 1 Blue Dream, 3 IE robs og.

xxxl magnum1000 w (dim-able) I usually run it 65% of the time on 600 w

10 gallon bags.

should i put three smaller clones per bag or change them or how could i keep the grow short and bulky for a high yield per square foot???

I have a few problems, first these little white dam bugs, i dont know what they are or how to get rid of them.
I threw in a few plants because lack of room and time i suppose, since i dont know exactly when.
Next, I am going to move soon and dont know how to keep atleast one of each strain. i also barley got two OG clones, just added it to the crew.

i know i am missing a few things, if you guys could please comment, thank you.

Run your HID 12 hours a day on a timer at 100%, 100% of the time. rather than 65% of the time. Pinch the stems of the tallest colas. up until 2nd or 3rd week of flower.
