Ideas of grow journals?

So, I've been recently wanting to do a grow diary, I was going to put it on YouTube as a "seed to vegetation to flower" cycle (through video) but the problem is the file size and I'll have a trash PC ( upgrading soon ) but the good thing is I bought myself a dslr 3300. I was just wondering if you guys would like a time lapse or picture by picture with Day by day progress?
